Jennifer Moura serves as the Assistant Director of Nursing at Haverhill Rehab & Healthcare Center, bringing over 14 years of healthcare experience. She began her career in pharmacy before transitioning into nursing, where she developed a passion for compassionate, resident-centered care. Jennifer joined Haverhill Rehab & Healthcare Center in January 2026 and has been part of the Atlas Healthcare family since 2024. Her background includes leadership roles in staff development and infection prevention, with expertise in clinical education, compliance, and quality improvement. She is dedicated to resident safety, staff growth, and ensuring every resident and family feels supported and valued.

Tyler Soucy serves as the Senior Director of Admissions and Marketing at Haverhill Rehab & Healthcare Center. With more than 12 years of healthcare experience, he has built a diverse career through dedication, leadership, and a passion for helping others. Tyler began as a Certified Nursing Assistant and advanced through several roles before being promoted to Senior Admissions & Marketing Director in 2025. He is committed to ensuring patients and families feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the admissions process. Outside of work, Tyler enjoys traveling to the Caribbean with his boyfriend, relaxing at the beach, and spending quality time with family & friends

Thabet Sarhan serves as the Business Office Manager at Haverhill Rehab & Healthcare Center. With years of healthcare experience, he has built a well-rounded career in phlebotomy, patient referrals, medical records, and business office leadership. After joining Haverhill Rehab as the Medical Records Director, he transitioned into his current role, where he enjoys supporting residents, families, and staff. Thabet is committed to creating a welcoming, compassionate environment while ensuring the business office operates efficiently. He takes pride in providing exceptional service and helping make each resident's experience as smooth and positive as possible.

Emily Ciulla is an experienced healthcare professional and licensed Occupational Therapist with over 17 years of experience in rehabilitation, clinical leadership, and healthcare management. As Director of Rehabilitation, she oversees daily operations, leads multidisciplinary teams, and is committed to delivering exceptional, resident- centered care. Her expertise includes staff leadership, quality improvement, care planning, and clinical operations. Emily is passionate about guiding residents and families through recovery and celebrating each milestone in their rehabilitation journey. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, and their two Golden Retrievers, as well as playing ice hockey and relaxing at the beach.

Dr. Kirubakaran Siva grew up in Winchester, MA and graduated from UMass Amherst. After earing his master’s degree at Drexel University in Philadelphia, he completed Medical School and received his DO/MBA at LMU-DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine in Harrogate, TN. Dr. Siva completed his family medicine residency at Manchester Memorial Hospital in Manchester, CT. He currently works as the Medical Director for the inpatient services at Anna Jacques Hopsital. Three years ago he opened his own private practice in Newburyport, MA.

Bethany Vrouhas is a Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience specializing in geriatrics. She provides comprehensive care across diverse settings, including primary care, post-acute care and acute care services at Anna Jacques Hospital.
